NOTE: I wrote this for a casting on a different site, so the slightly 'adversarial' tone is because of the 'tudes on that site, not necessarily here on dA. But, the terms still apply

We need to get the ZomvbiePizzaGirls.com website up and running, and the related websites operational. The back-end code is mostly
done, that isn't the problem.
We need graphics. Even a logo. Everyone has crapped out on us, and it's now becoming an issue.
The concept is "Pizza good enough to give up eating brains."
We get the restaurants in competition over the pizza, the zombie girls decide on the places, the customers vote on the food, etc. The t-shirts can be like "nnnn people gave up eating brains for _____ Pizza" or similar, so the design(s) have to be able to accomodate that.
We need graphics for the website, and for stickers, fliers, etc.
The logo really needs to be a graphic that can translate easily into various media from the t-shirts to stickers, and fliers. The website can incorporate photos, images, whatever. It can change based on the pages and over time.
The website is template driven, layered templates, layered CSS, etc. The design of any level can override the previous design in the templates,
in the CSS, etc. So, the power and flexiblity is there (as is the need for good organizational skills).
I don't care about your credentials, resume, or education. All I care about is your ability to be creative and get the job done. I will read your profile, view your portfolio, search the forum, etc.
Because of the previous problems, compensation needs to be delayed, if you want cash. Or it can be exposure across the site network, and potential other design jobs from the clients/advertisers who need work done. Most do not have their own graphics people, and we send them to our current working list. But not both -- unless we have a really good relationship, and we decide to list you. Cash or credit. You decide.
This is a comission work, so the design(s) become our sole property. If you don't like it, don't bother applying. This is why we will read
your profile, search the forums, etc.
No, we don't expect you to work for "free", but then again, we are not going to pay you a king's ransom either. But, is there a good to great potential for future work, and significant income? Yes.
We have quite a few projects and associated websites that will need logo/design work (using the same/similar template sets and CSS).
How many is 'quit a few' ? MOre than a dozen, less than 100. Well, less than 100 at least for now. We've budgeted $300-$800 for the design work on each site, with additional money for ongoing maint. Each site is different in size/scope and need. But, these budgets are not approved until the project is ready to roll. And, the first projects need to be done, which includes the Zombie Pizza Girls.
Why don't we use our existing graphics people? Well, most of them are simply ad design/layout people, without the creative ability to
develop/design a logo, web site, and unified look. The people we had doing it, became unreliable, often after significant sums of
money changed hands. So, if you think you can do the job, and have a good idea and can help us out of this predicament, we will be ever so grateful, and fair. You might even get a bonus if the campaign kicks off with a bang.
