Here is another form of censorship, and the person states it very clearly, and in a very evil way. This is by :iconsomargraphicsstudio: somargraphicsstudio who needs to be censored himself. To try to STOP someone else's art, is criminal.

=============
READ BEFORE YOU BITCH

If it violates DA policies, if its placed under the wrong category just to beg for more hits, if it is stolen or if its simply fake, you will find it here.

If you know of any similar work, note me and I will add it to this list. The idea behind it is to give this work extra exposure in hopes of it being noticed by more people that in turn will REPORT its violations to DA or to their copyright holders. And if its just a fake then prove it and submit your version of it I will feature it in my blog. Got any questions? Just submit a comment to this collection, at the bottom of this page.

:postit: WHAT IS MATURE ART?
=================

DA is random enough, but to have someone ATTEMPT to make things "visible" so they _STATISTICALLY_ get removed, is CRIMINAL!

Has taken it upon himself to decide what is art, and to do something that is INAPPROPRIATE and against TOS of most systems, which is to make things that are not suitable for the masses, available to the masses -- in an attempt to censor them. Not everyone likes nudes, or even cats. But, there is a right to display them.

To intentionally make images more "visible" in an attempt to get them removed, is censorship.

It's people like :iconsomargraphicsstudio: somargraphicsstudio that need to be stopped, not the people he is attempting to censor.

Read his "Black List".

I'm not annoyed because I got on it, I'm TERRIFIED as to *WHY* I got on it. MORE CENSORSHIP! None of my work is pornographic, or cannot be displayed widely. Some is documentary, most is simply R-rated. But, to be on a list with the stated purposed to be CENSORED is TERRIFYING!!

Funny i've looked through you work and now his. Both of you have a very different approach, but to say the statement that have been put forward is simply crazy. There is a flow to your style that shows in all images which is to be yours - not stolen... It can not be said that you venture into hard core, as you don't. None of it make sense to me.

One thing is that I've added you to my watch list as I like your growth and the way your style is developing. His I have not as I've seen the same approach many, many times before. Nice but no adventure. There are many on DA that you either like or dislike - you either admire or pass by, that the magic of DA.

To me that's what art is all about.. Explore the different! That's the challenge.

Keep on your Photographic journey... It's worth while!!! Forget the comments by the retarded, they hold no value.
:iconsomargraphicsstudio:
Maybe this helps [link] oh and by the way this is why I added him to my Black List collection, image [link] DA policy:

• Vaginal or Anal Spreading
Female subjects should not be depicted with their vaginal area manually spread open by hand or manipulated by any other artificial means... FAQ #565: You prohibit the submission of 'pornographic imagery'; what do you consider this to be?

Then you should remove that image from your blacklist, as it doesn't fit the reason you put forth for it's inclusion...it's not an image of a spread vagina or anus. It's actually rather closed up.

If you click his favs, it's at the bottom of his lists.

The idea, though, is that by putting images/content in front of people who will be offended by it, statistically, you statistically increase the chance that some moderator will ban it.

That is censorship, and foisting ones own beliefs on a large group.

I have a knee-jerk reaction to censorship in any form.
:iconbodyartist:
Thanks :) I don't understand why he picked on my image. It's graphic, but not explicit or pornographic in any way. It's documenting body piercing. But, some of the images he put it with are more explicit and might be considered less-than-artistic. So in that context it worries me.

My worry is not his comments, I have a thick skin, and really don't care. But his [stated] ACTIONS can statistically get deviations removed by putting content in front of people who would be offended by it -- but who would otherwise not have seen it. If you show an erect penis to a church group you will get a very different reaction than if you showed it to a person cruising the 'net for nudes or porn. The first group will complain and report, the second person will pretty much just ignore it. So, his actions are an insidious form of censorship.

I have a knee-jerk reaction to censorship in all its forms.

What an ass (Him, not you)

I stand by: If you don't like it, don't look at it!

People like him piss me off in all sorts of fun ways -_- It's too bad there's no easy way to be rid of people like that.

You don't raise someone from the time they're a child and then want to start having sex with them... That's not love; that's pedophilia.

I suggested to him he remove your image, it doesn't fit the violation he suggested it does, gaping vagina or anus.
